By appointment -- available most weekday evenings and most Sunday mornings or afternoons.

$15 per person
for a minimum of four people
for a guided tour that lasts 1.5 hours

or $20 per person
for a minimum for four people
for a guided tour that lasts two hours

You can pay by cash or check at the start of the tour.

                Vacant Downtown Buildings
                Downtown Developments from 2000-2012
                DTC's "Downtown Coney Tour"
                or any of the other tours that we offer on Sundays at 6 pm

Tours in your own vehicle:
Pick up your guide downtown for a private tour in your own vehicle.
The guide will tell you where to turn, and where to pull over or park.
This will allow your group to see places downtown, midtown, in the
New Center area, east side, west side and/or southwest Detroit.  And
we will usually get out of the vehicle a number of times on these tours.
